Hey Harry, the only thing I can think of would be that your Viewer version is not up to date or that your GPU drivers may need an update. If it’s an older version, you can download the latest version from here https://www.keyshot.com/viewer/ Hope that solves your problem.

CPU result: (12th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-12700KF - Threads: 20) 2.88
For a better idea I think especially the GPU benchmark should run for a longer period. With the current one it seems laptops are pretty close to their desktop counterparts while that’s not really true. With a longer test throttling would have a big impact on laptops with high end GPU’s.

My PC is designed to run on CPU but it didn’t give me an option of trying GPU too.
