When uploading KeyShot Web, a message such as an attached file appears repeatedly and the program is forcibly terminated.
The same error is repeated even if I upload only the object provided by default in Keyshot, not the file I created. My windows version is 10 and it is up to date. The graphics card and network conditions are also normal. Reinstalling the program does not solve the problem. Tell me how to do it.
Maybe try to use a real simple name to test without the Chinese characters since it can’t start with the procedure already that would be my ‘lucky’ guess. Try if it works if you only use R-200 as name.
BTW. i’m not sure if those are Chinese or Japanese at least they use UTF-8 which might can cause issues especially online.
It’s Korean. But the same error occurs even if only English is used in the title.
Ah sorry, learned again. Hope someone will have the answer, i’m not using the web version and not experienced that error.
