I was just wondering if the cloud library access was now limited to keyshot 11 and upwards? I’m using Keyshot 9 and until recently I’ve been able to use the cloud library without any issues. Now I can’t seem to download anything from the library.
Every time I try I am getting a ‘Cloud SSL Error’ saying the certificate has expired.
I’m also experiencing some strange issues when trying to download right now actually. I’m hoping their servers are just down at the moment. I would be pretty upset if they discontinued Cloud Library for older versions of Keyshot… (I’m using 8 for reference)

The cloud library is a great asset, as you say, it would be a shame to not have access to it.
Glad to hear that KS11 users have the same issue. I thought there was something wrong with my license, using KS10, but then it should hopefully get fixed soon.
Experiencing the same problem again today.
I’ve opened up a support ticket asking when the issue will be fixed. Will report back once I get a response.
Hello Everyone! Unfortunately the Cloud library is currently down. Devs are aware of the issue and are working on a solution. It should be up and running normally within the next 24 hours.
