Exported USDZ Model Parts Missing or Transparent in Vision Pro

Hello everyone,

I’m experiencing an issue when viewing my USDZ model on Vision Pro after exporting from KeyShot . Some parts of my model, especially small details and red circled areas, appear missing, see-through, or broken in AR, even though they look correct in macOS preview .

I’m using the “Prefer Textures” option with 1000 DPI texture resolution and 256 samples, and I also tried with lower DPI settings (300-600) for lighter textures. The model has mostly hard plastic materials with no advanced shaders.

I mean tried all kinds of different settings, but they dont seem to matter.

Any advice on settings or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated!

It might helps for problem solving if you open the USDZ in another software package and check if the geometry is actually gone or it just has the wrong material or for example a flipped face so it doesn’t show in the real time viewer.

Before exporting the USDZ file, I would check the normals of all parts. USD can only shade single side!
