Hello all!
I stumbled upon one unpleasant situation where KeyShot time to time does not refresh the image and shows 1 sample. This happens only in GPU mode (maybe also in regular, since I do not use CPU that often, cannot tell for sure).
Any tips on how to fix/avoid this?

I’ve noticed that sometimes when I’m on my CAD-station, which has a slower GPU, and have denoise active it kind of freezes while refreshing the denoise. It does the same thing on my rendering-station, but only for a couple of seconds tops. On the slower computer it can freeze for at least 20-30 seconds at a time each time the denoise is refreshed, and sometimes it gets completely stuck and I have to turn the denoise off. Could you be experiencing something similar? Or does it do the same thing when you have denoise off?

Also, my PC specs are quite OK I would say, so that should not be an issue.


Weird, do you use the 2023.1 beta or KS11?
You can try if it helps to enable motion blur in the animation timeline. I know you might not want to do any animation at all but if I have that enabled it never stops rendering (also above the number of samples I put into preferences).
