Import from Rhino 7

I updated my KeyShot to version 11. And I also installed the plugin for Rhino 6 and 7. How can I import from Rhino 7? How do I have to format my files?

Edit: Has anyone ever faced this problem? What is the Rhino plugin good for, if not for providing an interface between the two applications?

The KS plugins for Rhino are wonky in the latest versions (at least for me, I am still on KS10 Pro).
Do you see the KS plugin icons in Rhino like here? If not try to re-install the plugin.

If the plugin Toolbar is not shown you might have to enable it within Rhino, to see if the plugin is loaded correctly in Rhino just type keyshot in the command line and you will see the prompt changing to show the results:

As for KS in general you can also just open your Rhino.3dm files in KS directly but the plugin is way handier, specially with the “update” function that if you update something in Rhino, your KS scene gets updated automatically (just don’t have the KS render preview on pause while doing the update or the sync will break).

Thanks a lot! This gives me some ideas of how to handle the challenge. I’ll give it a try this afternoon. Cheers! Gabor

Curious as I am I look often on the sites from people I see posting, I love the packaging design of the motor oils! Especially the different shapes for the different types.
