I am having an issue with the latest release build of Keyshot that I just updated yesterday and one of my keyshot files opens up completely blank with a black screen.
Even the Free Camera is no longer present when opening. Checking see if maybe the file was corrupted, but it still shows 501MB. I have this particular model in 3 other variations for other platforms the products is designed in and they open up fine.
I also tried opening up a new keyshot and importing in the old file and it shows as importing a bunch of stuff, but everything is empty.
Wanted to report the bug and hopefully with a fix so I don’t have to do 9 different colorways all over again.
Not sure what happened, but I was burning the late night oil in trying to complete some projects. Tried to open the file again and it randomly works now. I didn’t do anything, didn’t even restart the computer. I was working on another projects for a bit during the normal working hours, working on a completely different model and doing several renders, but it is now this problematic file opening again. Very strange…
