Keyshot file wont render

Hello everyone.

I have a file I’ve been working on for quite a while and it will not render anymore. Haven’t had an issue before today. Other saved files I have render just fine, but this one does nothing after hitting render. Doesn’t matter if I use “default” or “render in background.” I’ve tried closing and reopening keyshot, I’ve also done a full computer restart. I can open and continue working in the file, it just will not render, the render window appears on my dock, then disappears. Did my file get corrupted? Should I try reinstalling keyshot?

I’m on a Mac, and both my operating system and keyshot are fully up to date.

Hello Zach,

Can you try and import the file you are having an issue with into KeyShot instead of just opening it like you normally would? If there are any errors with your file it should help clear them up and also could fix any issues with the file itself. Let me know if it helps or if you still have the same issues.
