This sounds like a bug in KeyShot Studio. Unfortunately I am unable to recreate it myself.
It would be tremendously helpful if you could share a bip or ksp file with us with which the problem can be reproduced. It would both give me the opportunity to share a workaround with you if one exists, but also fix the bug in future versions of KeyShot Studio.
If you are able and willing to share such a file, you can do so in a DM in this forum to me, using for example wetransfer.
