We updated our licenses to Keyshot 2023 but when running the application it says that “License server system does not support this version of this feature” Any ideas?

If you have updated your software to KeyShot 2023 and you are running with a floating license, you also need to get your floating license upgraded to KeyShot 2023. You need to reach out to support@luxion.com to get the upgraded floating license, which requires that you have paid for Annual Maintenance.
