Today, I am sharing with you this lighting tutorial for watches. I remember I was reading something on old forum that you need to create multiple renders and combine them together to create Rolex Rendering. You can use small HDR Light pins so you will be able to create good lighting in one render 
Of course if you are going render multiple images and merge them in Photoshop you got more control over the scene Hope you enjoy this one.
