animation frame problem

hi, great to see the keyshot community ,

l have a problem about animation,
when l output the animation file , it have a black block on several frames
l checked the jpg in the frame output there are some jpg which have black square block

my setting : sample per frame :1000
FPS:12
Reolution:1280x1280

Which version do you use? It’s a problem some others had as well and I’m not sure if it’s still an issue in the latest version. Personally I haven’t seen it for a long time. Maybe @dries.vervoort / @dries.vervoort.1 can enlighten you.

and l have used the latest version keyshot2023.3pro

I personally haven’t experienced it in 2023.3 anymore. Maybe you can try if it helps if you update your GPU with the latest NVidia drivers. I always run the latest so I’m not sure why I don’t see the black square anymore, could be linked with drivers.

Just don’t use the December drivers if you also beta test 2024.1, it’s a terrible combination but they work great with 2023.3 here.
